Music is one of the best and most sought after porcelain type varieties of garlic! Packed full of flavor while being one of the hardiest garlics means it's a great choice for all growers. Music has a medium hot, true garlic flavor and averages 4-6 large cloves per bulb. Cloves have white wrapper with a pink tint and some pink/purple striping. Hardneck variety that is great for storage.

Planting Depth: 1-2" deep
Harvest when the bottom 2-3 leaves brown and die back. Lay out harvested garlic out of direct sunlight with good air circulation for about two weeks to cure.
